6. Stitching Orders & Measurements

If a customer selects the stitching option:

• • They must provide accurate measurements through the size form available on the website
• • Stitching will only begin after receiving complete details
• • Dispatch time for stitched orders is 20–25 working days
• • Any delay in providing measurements will delay order processing

7. Returns & Refunds

• • Returns/refunds are only applicable for defective or incorrect products
• • Customers must contact us within 3–7 days of delivery
• • Refunds are issued after product verification

These terms apply to purchases made via Facebook and Instagram as well.
