How can I track my order? +
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS. Simply open the link or enter the tracking details on the website to track your shipment in real time.
Can I cancel my order? +
We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

How do I choose the right size? +
For stitched outfits, sizes are available in standard options such as S, M, L, XL, etc. Customers can refer to the size chart and select the size that best fits them before placing an order. For unstitched or custom-stitched suits, customers are required to fill out the size form provided. The outfit will then be stitched according to the measurements.

Refund & Exchange

What is your return policy? +
Exchange or return requests are accepted only in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To process any claim, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the beginning of opening the parcel until the product is fully shown. The video must be continuous, unedited, and without any cuts. Please note that claims submitted without valid video proof will not be accepted.
How long does refund take? +
As we do not allow cancellations, refunds are only considered in exceptional cases after a proper review and approval of the request. Once the case has been analysed and approved, the refund process will be initiated within 24–48 hours. For payments made via UPI or Net Banking, the refund amount is usually reflected within 5–7 working days. For Credit or Debit Card payments, it may take approximately 7–14 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
